This book surprised me because I was expecting your typical urban fantasy story and what I read was something completely different! I truly enjoyed this story because it was sexy, edgy and there was plenty of action. The start of the story seemed a bit slow and some of the dialogue seemed unnecessary at times but once the plot was developed…it got really interesting.
Infinity is a pill-popping singer who is on the bratty side but she has such a smart mouth that I couldn’t help but like her. She has no idea who she really is and doesn’t believe for one minute that Vampires, Shifters and any other paranormal characters exist and that’s when the story starts to take off because she’s in for a rude awakening.
The plot is definitely interesting and Infinity has more than a love triangle going on because I felt that everyone was in love with her! And Torch was my absolute favorite suitor, what’s not to love about a mercurial Wolf??? I wanted more of a back story with Mason her brother (sort of); so many questions were left unanswered but I do know that he’s complex and quite mysterious.
Overall the story is written well despite the slow start and by the time you get to the end you are hooked wanting to read the second book in the series, Infinity Unleashed. This story will introduce you to a world filled with Vampires, Witches, Tiger-Wolf shifters, Immortals and if you need a book with something a little different…Infinity is it!
